I am Bai, the founder of BaiSourcing.

I spent 10 years working with Chinese factories and managing the development of small appliances, including personal-care products, portable cooling devices and battery-powered consumer products.

During product development, I repeatedly saw the same problem:

Supplier quotations and specification sheets did not always represent the exact components, construction or production version delivered to the buyer.

A product may look correct from the outside while using a different motor, battery cell, PCB, protection component or internal structure.

BaiSourcing was created to help overseas buyers close this information gap before approving a purchase order.

We Do More Than Find Suppliers

Traditional supplier screening usually checks the company, quotation, certifications and production capability.

BaiSourcing also checks the product.

Depending on the agreed scope, this may include:

• Opening and documenting supplier samples
• Comparing claimed and measured specifications
• Inspecting motors, batteries, PCBs and protection components
• Comparing samples from different suppliers
• Identifying component substitutions and quality risks
• Converting findings into procurement requirements

My Working Principle

I do not rely only on what the supplier says. I check what the product reveals.

Every project follows four steps:

The objective is not simply to produce a teardown report.

The objective is to help the buyer make a better supplier, specification and purchase-order decision.

What BaiSourcing Is — and Is Not

BaiSourcing provides sourcing support, product teardown, sample comparison and buyer-side engineering review.

Verification results apply only to the inspected sample and agreed scope.

BaiSourcing is not an accredited certification laboratory. Regulatory certification, safety approval and specialized laboratory testing are arranged separately when required.
